实验过程

A suspension of trifluoro-acetic acid 6-(3-benzyloxy-propyl)-2-methylsulfanyl-pyrimidin-4-yl ester (494 mg) and Oxone (419 mg) in methanol/water (8/2 mL) was stirred at room temperature overnight. Methanol was evaporated under reduced pressure, and the resultant suspension was extracted with ethyl acetate (2×20 mL). The organic fraction was dried over sodium sulphate and evaporated under reduced pressure to afford trifluoro-acetic acid 6-(3-benzyloxy-propyl)-2-methanesulfonyl-pyrimidin-4-yl ester (135 mg).
