实验过程

To a solution of Example 109A (1.0 g, 5.1 mmole) in 7N NH3 in methanol (1000 ml) was added Raney nickel (10 g) under argon atmosphere. The reaction mixture was kept on shaker under 60 psi H2 atmosphere. After 6 hours at room temperature, the reaction mixture was filtered through a micro pore filter and concentrated to yield 0.9 g (88%) of product. MS (ESI+) m/z 202 (M+H)+.
