实验过程

On a pilot-plant scale the free amine is prepared by the addition of NaOH/NH3. Fumaric acid is dissolved in hot ethanol, the free amine is added dropwise, and (Ile-Thia)2 furmarate (M=520.71 gmol−1) precipitates. The analysis of isomers and enantiomers is carried out by electrophoresis.
