实验过程

To a mixture of 4-10 (100 mg, 0.42 mmol) and 4-6 (160 mg, 0.54 mmol) in DMF (3 mL) was added K2CO3 (87 mg, 0.63 mmol) followed by heating to 50° C. for 18 hours. Following evaporative removal of the solvent, the residue was chromatographed (silica gel, 70:25:5 CHCl3/EtOAc/MeOH) to give 4-11 as a clear oil.
