Dissolution tests of pellets have been carried out according to USP apparatus 2 at 37° C., paddle speed 100 rpm, phosphate buffer pH 6.0, n=6, 1 g per vessel according to about 1400-2100 μg desmopressin acetate. Additionally the enteric pellets were treated 2 h in Hydrochloric acid, 0.1N, before switching at pH 6.0.
