The title compound was prepared in an analogous fashion to that described in Stage 8.1 using 5-bromo-6-chloro-N-(6-((trifluoromethyl)thio)pyridin-3-yl)nicotinamide (Stage 32.2) and (R)-pyrrolidin-3-ol to afford an off-white powder. HPLC (Condition 4) tR=5.53 min, UPLC-MS (Condition 3) tR=1.01 min, m/z=463.1 [M+H]+.
