实验过程

To a solution of tert-butyl 4-(4-formyl-1,3-thiazol-2-yl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (10.0 g) in ethanol (110 ml) is added dropwise hydroxylamine (50% in water, 2.48 ml). The mixture is heated to reflux for 2 hours. Volatile substances are subsequently removed under reduced pressure. This gives tert-butyl 4-{4-[(hydroxyimino)methyl]-1,3-thiazol-2-yl}piperidine-1-carboxylate (10.5 g, 100%).
