实验过程

Following the procedure of Example 15d, 4-(2-(2-chloro-7-isopropyl-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-ylamino)ethyl)phenol (20 mg, 0.06 mmol) was reacted with 5-fluoropyridin-3-ylboronic acid. The crude residue was purified by reverse-phase HPLC (C18 column, eluting with ACN—H2O 0.05% TFA) to afford the title compound as an off-white solid.
