实验过程

A microwave reaction tube was charged with 4-(2-(2-chloro-9-isopropyl-9H-purin-6-ylamino)ethyl)phenol (30 mg, 0.091 mmol), 2-methyl-1H-imidazole (59 mg, 0.73 mmol) and 0.5 ml of NMP. The sealed tube was heated under microwave irradiation at 240° C. for 2 hr. The reaction mixture was purified by reverse-phase HPLC(C18 column, eluting with ACN—H2O 0.05% TFA) to afford the title compound as an off-white solid.
