Методика

Using 4-hydroxythieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine (60 mg, 0.39 mmol), and phosphorus oxychloride (0.6 ml), and then 2-aminoindan (210 mg, 1.56 mmol), a similar procedure to Production Example 194 was carried out. The product obtained was purified by silica gel chromatography (hexane:ethyl acetate=1:2) to obtain the title compound (30 mg, 0.11 mmol) having the following physical properties:
