Методика

To a solution of [6-(6-Morpholin-4-yl-4-oxo-4H-pyran-2-yl)-thianthren-2-yloxy]-acetic acid methyl ester (22 mg, 0.045 mmol in methanol (2 ml) was added solid sodium hydroxide (2 mg, 0.045 mmol). The mixture was stirred vigorously and heated to 60° C. for 1 hour. After this time, the mixture was concentrated in vacuo to dryness to give the title compound (22.4 mg, 100%) and used without any further purification.
