Методика

To the solution of 4-5 (47 mg, 0.1 mmol) in 1 mL of MeOH was added 4M HCl/MeOH (2 mL) and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h. The mixture was concentrated by evaporation and the residue was purified by prep.HPLC to give the product 4-6.
