실험 절차

A solution of 2-benzyl 3-methyl(2S,3S,5S)-1-benzyl-5-tert-butoxypiperidine-2,3-dicarboxylate (80.0 mg, 0.000182 mol) in 5 mL of MeOH was hydrogenated in the presence of 10% Pd/C, under a balloon pressure of hydrogen, overnight. After filter off the catalyst, the filtration was concentrated to dry and used directly in next step (43 mg, 91.1%). MS (ESI): (M+H)+=260.1.
