실험 절차

Methyl 2-(((1-(5-amino-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)piperidin-4-yl)(4-chlorophenethyl)amino)-methyl)benzoate obtained in Step 3 was dissolved in methanol (10 mL) and 3 mL of 1 N NaOH (aq) was added. The reaction mixture was stirred for 5 hours at room temperature after which time the starting material was no longer present. pH of the reaction mixture was brought to 7 by means of careful addition of 1 N HCl and the solvents were stripped off. The solid residue was passed through the reversed phase C-18 column and the product containing fractions were combined and freeze-dried to give the desired product in a form of white solid (95 mg, 22% yield)
