실험 절차

The title compound was prepared by following the procedure as described in Example-107 by using 3-(5-(aminomethyl)-2-(di flu oromethyl)pyridin-3-yl)-1-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5(4H)-one (step-1 of Example-186, 0.130 g, 0.33 mmol), DMF (5 mL), 3-methoxy-2,2-dimethylpropanoic acid (0.060 g, 0.50 mmol), BOP (0.224 g, 0.50 mmol), TEA (2.0 mL) to afford 0.070 g of the desired product. MS (m/z): 486.22 (M+H)+.
