실험 절차

The title compound was prepared by following the procedure as described in Example-108 by using 3-(5-(aminomethyl)-2-(difluoromethyl)pyridin-3-yl)-1-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5(4H)-one (step-1 of Example-186, 0.75 g, 0.19 mmol), isopropyl sulphonyl chloride (0.042 g, 0.29 mmol), TEA (0.059 g, 0.58 mmol), and DCM (10 mL) to afford 0.012 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 1.32 (s, 3H), 1.35 (s, 3H), 3.15 (m, 1H), 4.36 (s, 2H), 7.26-7.66 (m, 3H), 8.08-8.11 (m, 3H), 8.65 (s, 1H); MS (m/z): 492.08 (M+H)+.
