실험 절차

The title compound was prepared by following the procedure as described in Example-108 by using 3-(5-(aminomethyl)-2-(difluoromethyl)pyridin-3-yl)-1-(4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazol-5(4H)-one (0.50 g, 0.12 mmol), pivaloyl chloride (0.018 g, 0.14 mmol), TEA (0.038 g, 0.37 mmol) in DCM (10 mL) to afford 0.010 g of the desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 1.18 (s, 9H), 4.38 (s, 2H), 7.24-7.63 (m, 1H), 7.64 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.99 (s, 1H), 8.10 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 8.61 (s, 1H); MS (m/z): 470.25 (M+H)+.
