실험 절차

To crude (S)-methyl 2-((S)-3-(benzyloxy)-2-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino) propanamido)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propanoate (3.39 mmol assumed) was added aqueous lithium hydroxide (5 mL of a 2 N solution) and methanol (5 mL). The reaction mixture was stirred for 5 h then diluted with ethyl acetate and water, washed with ethyl acetate (1×), acidified with citric acid, extracted with DCM, washed with brine, dried with sodium sulfate, filtered, and concentrated to provide (S)-2-((S)-3-(benzyloxy)-2-((tert-butoxycarbonyl)amino)propanamido)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)propanoic acid as an amorphous off-white solid.
