실험 절차

A 4.5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl 2-bromoacetate (100 mg, 0.3 mmol) was dissolved in acetone (2 ml) and NaI (50 mg, 0.33 mmol) was added. After stirring for two hours at room temperature, mixture was filtered, evaporated and purified by chromatography (Si-gel, CH2Cl2) to yield 4.5-dimethoxy-2-nitrobenzyl 2-iodoacetate (compound E (see FIG. 12c): P6—C1[X═I]) (97 mg, 85%).
