실험 절차

A suspension of 7-chloro-1-cyclopropyl-6-fluoro -1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-1,8-naphthyridine-3-carboxylic acid (1.13 g, 4.0 mmol), 2-(3-pyrrolidinyl)benzene-methanamine (1.25 g, 5.0 mmol), and a diisopropylethylamine (2.07 g, 16.0 mmol) in acetonitrile (50 mL) was heated at gentle reflux for 24 hours. The suspension was allowed to cool to room temperature; the precipitated solids were filtered, washed successively with cold acetonitrile and ether, and dried in vacuo to give the title compound (0.73 g, 43%) as a white solid, after recrystallization from methanol, mp 226°-228° C.
