실험 절차

To a mixture of 4-chloro-1,2-dimethyl-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridine-7-carboxylic acid hydrochloride (60 mg), N,N-diisopropylethylamine (0.2 ml) and morpholine (0.04 ml) in dry dimethylformamide (2 ml) was added O-benzotriazol-1-yl-N,N,N,N′-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophosphate (131 mg). The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for one hour. The reaction mixture was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed twice with saturated sodium bicarbonate and water, dried (MgSO4), filtered and evaporated to afford the title compound as a white foam 68 mg.
