실험 절차

To a suspension of 6-{1-Hydroxy-2-[4-hydroxy-4-(3-methoxyphenyl)-1-piperidinyl]ethyl}-3,4-dihydroquinolin-2(1H)-one (1.10 g, 2.77 mmol) in methanol (11 ml) was added 4N HCl-ethylacetate (0.76 ml, 3.05 mmol) at 0° C. and the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 4 hours. The mixture was diluted with methanol (20 ml) and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated in vacuo and the obtained solid was recrystallized from 2-propanol to afford the title compound (1.10 g, 92%) as a white solid.
