실험 절차

A solution of 4-chloro-6-methoxy-7-(3-pyrrolidinopropoxy)cinnoline hydrochloride (0.1 g, 0.25 mmol) and 4-chloro-2-fluoro-5-hydroxyaniline (57 mg, 0.35 mmol), (prepared as described in EP 061741 A2), in 2-pentanol (5 ml) was heated at 120° C. for 2.5 hours. The solid was filtered off, washed with isopropanol and then ether and dried under vacuum to give 4-(4-chloro-2-fluoro-5-hydroxyanilino)-6-methoxy-7-(3-pyrrolidinopropoxy)cinnoline as the hydrochloride salt (yellow solid, 94 mg, 72%).
