In analogy to the procedure described in intermediate 10A, 5-oxo-[1,4]diazepane-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and 1-(2-chloro-ethyl)-pyrrolidine gave the title compound as light yellow solid. MS: 312.0 (MH+).
