실험 절차

Analogously to Example 11(a), 3.63 g (10 mmol) of 4-[N-(4-fluoro-3-trifluoromethylphenyl)sulfamoyl)benzoic acid in ethyl acetate with SOCl2 is converted into the acid chloride and the latter is reacted with 1.93 g (12 mmol) of 2-hydroxy-2-(2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl)-ethylamine and the crude product is purified by chromatography. 4.2 g=82.9% of the theoretical yield of the compound is obtained as an amorphous solid.
