실험 절차

An amount of 8.4 gm (0.0229 mol) of 4-[(1-(2-piperidino-phenyl)-ethyl)-aminocarbonylmethyl]-benzoic acid was dissolved at 60° to 65° C. in 80 ml of ethanol. To this solution 22.9 ml of 1N sodium hydroxide solution were added under stirring, and stirring was continued for 30 minutes. After cooling to 20° C., a precipitate was thereby obtained. After further cooling to 0° C., the precipitate was filtered and washed with cold ethanol and ether. The precipitate thus obtained (m.p.: 250°-251° C.) was recrystallized from ethanol/water (7:3).
