This compound was prepared from 6b using 4-fluorophenylboronic acid according to method P. Orange powder; Yield: 90%; mp 240–243° C.; 1H-NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.05 (d, J=2.6 Hz, 1H), 7.07 (dd, J=8.9, 8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.32 (dd, J=9.0, 2.6 Hz, 1H), 7.44 (dd, J=8.9, 8.9 Hz, 2H), 7.63 (m, 2H), 7.86 (s, 1H), 7.95 (dd, J=8.4, 1.9 Hz, 1H), 7.97 (d, J=9.1 Hz, 1H), 8.08 (dd, J=13.0, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 9.96 (s, 1H), 10.21 (s, 1H); MS (ESI) m/z 348 ([M−H]−), 350 ([M+H]+); Anal. Calcd for C21H13F2NO2: C: 72.20, H: 3.75, N: 4.01. Found: C: 69.48, H: 3.81, N: 3.68.
