실험 절차

The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using methyl cis(±)-6-(4-amino-3-methoxypiperidin-1-yl)pyrimidine-4-carboxylate obtained in Example (174d) (53.5 mg, 0.2 mmol), 4-chloro-5-ethyl-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained by the method described in Example (1d) (32 mg, 0.18 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (105 mg, 0.55 mmol) and HOBt (24.7 mg, 0.18 mmol), to obtain 62.2 mg of the title compound as a yellow oily substance (81%).
