실험 절차

The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using tert-butyl cis(±)-4-amino-3-methoxypiperidine-1-carboxylate obtained by the method described in Example (1e) (0.26 g, 1.13 mmol), 5-ethyl-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained in Example (39e) (117.5 mg, 0.56 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (0.38 g, 1.98 mmol) and HOBT (76 mg, 0.56 mmol), to obtain 0.19 g of the title compound as a white foamy substance (79%).
