실험 절차

The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using tert-butyl cis(±)-4-amino-3-methoxypiperidine-1-carboxylate obtained by the method described in Example (1e) (0.50 g, 2.17 mmol), 4-chloro-5-(propan-2-yl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained in Example (35f) (0.30 g, 1.59 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (0.92 g, 4.80 mmol) and HOBT (0.22 g, 1.63 mmol), to obtain 0.60 g of the title compound as a white foamy substance (94%).
