실험 절차

The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using tert-butyl cis(±)-4-amino-3-methoxypiperidine-1-carboxylate obtained by the method described in Example (1e) (1 g, 4.34 mmol), 4-chloro-5-methyl-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained by the method described in Example (5c) (0.35 g, 2.17 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (1.25 g, 6.52 mmol) and HOBT (0.30 g, 2.22 mmol), to obtain 0.68 g of the title compound as a white solid (84%).
