실험 절차

This compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 50 using [S-(R*,R*)] 2-{5-ethylamino-2-[4-ethylamino-2-(1-tert-butoxycarbonyl-2-methyl-butylcarbamoyl)-phenyldisulfanyl]-benzoylamino}-3-methyl-pentanoic acid tert-butyl ester (0.8 g, 1.1 mmol) from Example 45, 10 mL dichloromethane, and 10 mL trifluoroacetic acid. The product was washed with hexane/ether to afford 0.6 of the title compound, mp 97-100° C.
