실험 절차

A mixture of 2.4 g of 11-amino-2-methyl-6,11-dihydrodibenzo[b,e]thiepin, 2.9 g of 4-[4-(4-fluorophenyl)-1-piperazinyl]butyric acid, 2.3 g of dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and 50 ml of methylene chloride is stirred at room temperature for 15 hours. After removal of the precipitated crystals by filtration, the filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue is recrystallized from ethyl acetate to give 2.0 g of the title compound, m.p. 205°-207° C.
