실험 절차

10 g (E)-3-[1-(4-bromomethyl-benzenesulfonyl)-1H-pyrrol-3-yl]-acrylic acid tert-butyl ester (compound D2) is dissolved in acetone and 6.5 g potassium phthalimide is added and the mixture is stirred for 17.5 h. The suspension is filtered and the product is purified by crystallization.
