실험 절차

A solution of 2-Chloro-benzothiazole-4-carboxylic acid[(1S,2S,5R)-3-(2-methyl-5-m-tolyl-thiazole-4-carbonyl)-3-aza-bicyclo[3.1.0]hex-2-ylmethyl]-amide (0.04 mmol) in MeOH (2.0 mL) is treated with Pd/C (10%, 50 mg) and stirred under a hydrogen atmosphere (1 bar) for 3 h. After filtration through celite and removal of the solvents the desired product is obtained. LC-MS: tR=0.98 min; [M+H]+=489.1.
