실험 절차

A 8 mL vial is charged with N-[5-(6-chloroimidazo[2,1-f]pyridazin-2-yl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-2,2-dimethyl-propanamide (0.032 g, 0.08 mmol), THF (0.649 mL), and methylamine (0.08 mL, 2 M in THF, 0.16 mol). The mixture is stirred and heated to 80° C. for 16 hr. The mixture is concentrated onto celite and purified by silica gel chromatography (0-100% EtOAc in CH2Cl2) to give the title compound (11 mg, 35% yield). LCMS m/z=392.5 [M+H]+, tR=2.36 min. (compound same as Example 137)
