실험 절차

A mixture of 4-(3-methyl-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-3H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)phenol (88 mg, 0.35 mmol), 2-(chloromethyl)quinoline hydrochloride (82 mg, 0.38 mmol), and cesium carbonate (455 mg, 1.4 mmol) in dimethylformamide was stirred at 65° C. for 20 h, filtered, and concentrated. The residue was chromatographed on silica eluting with a gradient of 50% to 100% ethyl acetate in hexanes giving a light yellow solid (100 mg, 73%). 1H NMR (CDCl3, 400 mHz) δ 8.48 (d, 2H, J=6.2 Hz), 8.24 (d, 1H, J=8.3 Hz), 8.09 (d, 1H, J=8.3 HZ), 7.85 (d, 1H, J=7.9 Hz), 7.76 (ddd, 1H, J=8.5, 7, 1Hz), 7.70 (d, 1H, J=8.7 Hz), 7.57 (m, 1H), 7.54 (m, 2H), 7.24 (m, 2H), 7.20 (m, 2H). 5.46 (s, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H). MS (AP+) m/e 394 (MH+).
