실험 절차

The title compound was prepared as a TFA salt from the condensation of 5-[1-(tetrahydrofuran-3-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]pyrimidin-2-amine and chloro(1-quinolin-6-ylcyclopropyl)acetaldehyde using a procedure analogous to that described for the synthesis of Example 7, Step 8. LCMS: (M+H)=423.1.
