실험 절차

The above 1-(4-indolyloxy)-3-chloropropane (0.629 g, 3 mmol), 3-(1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-4-yl)-1H-indole (0.595 g, 3 mmol) and sodium carbonate (0.795 g, 7.5 mmol) were mixed together in 15 mL dimethylformamide. This mixture was heated at 100° C. for 18 h. Evaporation of dimethylformamide, dilution with water and crystallization of the resulting precipitate from ethanol provided 0.582 g of yellow crystals. Mp 192°-194° C. Mass spectrum, m+ =371. Anal (C24H25N3O) theory C, 77.60; H, 6.78; N, 11.31; found C, 77.49; H, 6.53; N, 11.29.
