실험 절차

Under a nitrogen atmosphere, 8-bromo-2-methyl-4-(4-carbamoyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridin-1-yl)quinoline (4.7 g), 2,4-dichlorophenylboric acid (2.9 g) and sodium carbonate (4.5 g) were suspended in a mixed solvent of deaerated water (14 mL), toluene (7 mL) and ethanol (7 mL), followed by adding thereto tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium (0.81 g), and the resulting mixture was heated under reflux for 5 hours. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature and stirred at room temperature for 3 hours. The solid precipitated was collected by filtration and washed with a water-ethanol (2:1) mixed solvent (30 mL) and then ethanol (30 mL) to obtain the title compound (4.7 g).
