실험 절차

To 50 ml of pyridine was added to 2.0 g of lithium aluminum hydride, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for one night. Then, 90 ml of tetrahydrofuran solution containing 5.0 g of Compound h was dropwise added thereto under ice-cooling. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 5 hours, and the solvent was distilled off under reduced pressure. The residue was washed with tetrahydrofuran, and the washings were concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was subjected to silica gel column chromatography (eluting solvent; hexane:ethyl acetate:triethylamine=10:10:1) to give 1.7 g of the desired product.
