3-(4-Fluoro-2-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-4-methoxy-phenylamine was treated with 4-trifluoromethylphenylisocyanate, in a similar manner as described in Example 1.69, providing 24 mg (49% yield) of Compound 89: LCMS m/z (%)=409 (M+H, 100). 1H NMR (400 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: 8.56 (s, 1H), 8.29 (s, 1H), 7.75 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.65 (dd, J1=9.0 Hz, J2=2.6 Hz, 1H), 7.60 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 2H), 7.50 (d, J=2.4 Hz, 1H), 7.38 (d, JH,F=4.4 Hz, 1H), 7.14 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 1H), 3.84 (s, 3H), 3.65 (s, 3H). 19F NMR (376 MHz, acetone-d6) δ: −62.80 (s, 3F), −177.39 (d, JH,F=4.1 Hz, 1F).
