The title compound was prepared from 1,2,4-triazole and 8-(5-bromopentyloxy)-4-(3,5-dichloropyridin-4-ylamino)-7-methoxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Example 28) following the procedure outlined in Example 98. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6): δ 9.52 (s, 1H), 8.81 (s, 2H), 8.50 (s, 1H), 7.94 (d, 1H), 7.93 (s, 1H), 7.19 (d, 1H), 4.64 (s, 1H), 4.19 (t, 2H), 3.96 (t, 2H), 3.90 (s, 3H), 1.84 (m, 2H), 1.69 (m, 2H), 1.43 (m, 2H); MS (ESI): 489.9.
