실험 절차

To a solution of (±) cis-1-amino-2-[4-(1-methyl-1-phenylethyl)phenoxymethyl] cyclopentane (0.35 g, 1.13 mmol) in dry diethyl ether (30 ml) containing triethylamine (0.31 ml, 2.26 mmol) was added a solution of ethyl chloroformate (0.18 g, 1.70 mmol) in diethyl ether (5 ml). The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 2 h and then poured into ice-water. The pH of the aqueous phase was adjusted to approximately 7 by the addition of dilute hydrochloric acid. The aqueous layer was separated and extracted with diethyl ether (2×30 ml). The combined organic layers were washed with water followed by brine, then dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated in vacuo to give an oil (0.41 g) which was used in the next stage without purification.
