실험 절차

The title compound was synthesized in analogy to example S6-C using 1-bromo-3-chloro-5-cyclopropylbenzene (96 mg, 0.71 mmol) and 3-(4-tert-butylbenzyl)-[1,2,3]oxathiazolidine 2,2-dioxide (36 mg, 0.89 mmol). The residue was purified by flash column chromatography to give the desired product (155 mg, 39%) as a colorless oil. MS (ISP) 342.2 (M+H)+.
