실험 절차

2.1 g of sodium was added in portions to 400 ml of stirred anhydrous methanol. The solution was allowed to cool to room temperature, then 16.5 g of 9B was added and the mixture was refluxed for 2 hours. The solvent was evaporated, and the residue was washed with water, then extracted with ether. The extract phase was dried (MgSO4) and stripped of solvent to give 2-methoxy-4-(cyclopropylamino)-6-(1-methylethylamino)-1,3,5-triazine (13A).
