실험 절차

75 mg (0.20 mmol) of 6-chloro-N4-[3-fluoro-4-(1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-4-yloxy)-phenyl]pyrimidine-2,4-diamine (from example 60) are dissolved in 3 ml of 1-butanol. 0.35 ml of N-ethyldiisopropylamine and 70 mg (0.81 mmol) of piperazine are added, and the mixture is heated at reflux for 5 hours. The solvent is then removed under reduced pressure and the residue is purified by preparative HPLC.
