실험 절차

The reaction and aftertreatment were conducted in the same manner as in Example 22c by using the 4-({(1S*,2R*)-5,5-difluoro-2-[1-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]cyclohexyl}oxy)-N-(2,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2,6-difluoro-N-(pyrimidin-4-yl)benzenesulfonamide (120 mg, 0.24 mmol) prepared in Example 104a, triethylsilane (0.15 mL), trifluoroacetic acid (1.5 mL), dichloromethane (1.5 mL) and methanol (1.5 mL), to yield the title compound (45 mg, 56%) as a colorless solid.
