실험 절차

A solution of 3-amino-5-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophene-2-carbonitrile (2.0 g, 9.2 mmol) in pyridine (40 mL) was cooled in an ice bath, and 2-methoxybenzoyl chloride (1.2 mL, 9.2 mmol) was added dropwise. The cooling bath was removed, and the reaction was stirred for 16 h. The reaction was poured into water, and the resulting suspension was acidified with 1 M hydrochloric acid. The solid was filtered, washed with water, and dried under vacuum to give N-(2-cyano-5-(4-fluorophenyl)thiophen-3-yl)-2-methoxybenzamide (2.4 g, 74% yield).
