The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example 7D, substituting the product of Example 41A for the product of Example 7C and substituting 4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1-trityl-1H-pyrazole for 4-cyanophenylboronic acid. 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 7.96 (s, 1H) 7.63 (s, 1H) 7.42-7.54 (m, 6H) 7.29-7.37 (m, 9H) 7.17-7.24 (m, 6H) 6.64 (d, J=8.82 Hz, 2H) 4.11-4.23 (m, 1H) 3.49-3.61 (m, 1H) 3.23-3.35 (m, 1H) 2.91-3.03 (m, 1H) 2.66-2.78 (m, 1H) 2.51-2.66 (m, 3H) 2.33 (s, 3H) 2.12-2.24 (m, 1H) 1.92-2.01 (m, 1H).
